What is your order deadline?

Thursday at 4pm is the order deadline for the following Monday deliveries.  We might be able to accommodate later orders, but can't guarantee it.  Want to stay on top of our weekly menu?  We recommend subscribing to our mailing list (see bottom of website).

What is the best way to reheat my food?

How long will my meal stay fresh?

All meals are made fresh on your chosen delivery day and are best eaten within 3 days of receiving your delivery.  We recommend refrigerating your food as soon as you receive it.

Can I freeze my meals?

We recommend eating our meals fresh, not frozen.

What do these icons mean?            

They indicate gluten free, dairy free & vegan options.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Our order minimum is $50 before tax.

When is the new menu posted?

Our new menu for the following week is posted every Monday.

What do I do with my packaging?

We want to minimize waste as much as possible!  Our packaging is recyclable and compostable.

Rectangular trays with clear PET plastic lids - lids are recyclable and the bagasse (sugarcane fibre) tray is compostable.  Place in your kitchen compost or green bin.  Our clear PLA containers, a plant-based plastic, are compostable.  These go in your kitchen compost or green bin; please do not place in your backyard compost.

What if I have food allergies or intolerances?

We understand that some people have allergies, sensitivities or intolerances.  We highlight gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options.  If you have questions about specific items, please email us and we will answer any questions directly to help you decide what you can safely consume.
